- From your interaction with and use of online services including the Acu-Flow website, Twitter and LinkedIn feeds
- If you contact Acu-Flow, we may keep a record of that correspondence
- Emails you send to us will be held on the Acu-Flow administration system accessible to Acu-Flow staff only

The Acu-Flow Customer Relationship Management System holds details of individuals who have an existing relevant and appropriate relationship with Acu-Flow.

- Individuals who are already communicating with Acu-Flow about becoming potential clients
- Individuals who are in the service of Acu-Flow
- Stakeholders who have already communicated with Acu-Flow
Consent for Email marketing
If you wish to receive the Acu-Flow email newsletter, you must either sign up at the Acu-Flow website or give permission by email. This permission will be recorded and stored. By subscribing through the website or requesting the email newsletter by email, you consent to the collection, storage, use and transfer of your data by us in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
You can withdraw your consent at any point by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link provided in Acu-Flow emails or by contacting Acu-Flow directly.
